To ensure a seamless ordering experience, we kindly ask that any modifications to your order be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. This allows our team enough time to update the necessary details before the order is processed.

Please note that if shipping details or special instructions are not provided or corrected within this timeframe, Blyra cannot be held responsible for additional costs, delays, or delivery issues that may arise.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is typically:

Please note that these delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping

Our warehouse does not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Blyra cannot guarantee successful delivery and will not be responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to address errors.

Failed Deliveries Due to Address Issues

  • If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can offer a reshipment for a minimal shipping fee.

Refused Packages

Please note that if a package is refused upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the shipment during its return journey. If the package is lost, misplaced, or abandoned by the courier while returning to our facility, Blyra cannot accept liability and a refund will not be issued.
